Are the banquet facilities able to host any sized events?
We offer a variety of banquet facilities to meet your event needs. Our various ballrooms accommodate from 20 to 1000 guests. Occupancy amounts are affected by the type of set-up required - theater, banquet, dinner/dance, classroom format etc. However we always provide a comfortable, spacious and enjoyable atmosphere for all events.
Do You Permit Outside Catering?
Although we do have a fully certified team of culinary experts on hand here at The Grand Olympia we will accommodate certain ethnic requests and permit outside caterers to work under the supervision of our executive chef to prepare particular delicacies. Please note that The Grand Olympia must approve all food served in our facility and we only work with a select group of outside caterers that have been pre approved by our executive chef. If you have a certain request it is recommended to book an appointment to speak with one of our sales team who can provide you with further information on using an outside caterer.
Is banquet facility handicapped and wheel chair accessible?
Yes all of our ballrooms are fully wheelchair accessible. When arriving please see the door man for assistance with the handicap elevator.
Do you provide parking?
Our facility has ample free parking for over 650 cars.
What information do we require to receive a quotation for our event?
To understand your needs we will require you to select the type of package, number of guests, time of year and date of your event. It is always recommended to call and book a private consultation to speak to one of our fully qualified sales members.
